Saturday I met with Sam (a client and friend) and his wife to show them a very nice little mixed-use building on Macarthur Blvd in Oakland that we have listed. The 5 unit building is offered by PCLC, Inc. at $450k and has 3 apartments over 2 commercial store fronts. The building is in the Dimond District which is a fantastic little commercial corridor on the hillside of Oakland.
