Minimum Qualifications for any of our units:
- All persons 18 years of age or older must complete and sign an application. All applicants must meet qualifications to be accepted.
- A $30 non refundable credit check per person fee submitted with application. Make check payable to Myerhoff & Associates, Inc.
- Each applicant must submit a verifiable photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Credit – Must have a minimum FICO score of 700. CONDITIONAL APPROVAL with FICO score between 650 and 700 with an additional deposit of $1000.
- No prior evictions or Unlawful Detainer filings.
- Must have verifiable gross income of at least 2.5 times the rent per month and/or other income.
- Total monthly payments (including rent, car payment, credit card bills, student loans, etc.) must not exceed 50% of gross income.
- Positive references; all references will be contacted.
- Home inspections. Management reserves the right to require a home inspection of your current residence as part of the qualifying process.
- This is a Non Smoking community.
- We do not allow any pets in any of our units. Please do not apply if you have any kind of pet or foresee having one.
- Applications are accepted on a “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS” depending on desired move in date.
- We expect all applicants to be ready to move within 2 weeks of applying. If you have not given notice at your previous residence please tell us prior to applying. We can only accept applications from tenants who are ready to move in now.
- All our leases are for 1 year. If you do not foresee staying for at least 1 year please do not apply. We enforce the terms of our one year leases.
