  1. Hello, Nick. Thank you for sending me an email. I’m just wondering what the asking price is, and what it was last time the property was on the market. Maybe I missed something, but I can’t find it in the above summary. Anyway, we’re intrigued and have many more questions, but they can wait till we meet for a showing. I believe you said something in your email about meeting this coming weekend, which works for me. Are you having an open house? Or, if you’d like, give me a time on Saturday or Sunday when we can meet privately and, at this point, I’ll be able to make it.
